Insurance Coverage
We accept the following Plans:
- VT BC/ BS
- CBA/ EBPA
- CIGNA
- HCVM
- CompNet
- NE Health Direct
- Medicare
Ideally, an insurance company does not restrict your choice of doctor or interfere with you and your doctor when planning care. We will be happy to bill your carrier directly. You must realize that you are ultimately responsible for all of your medical bills incurred at our office.
We also accept assignment on accidents, worker's compensation, and Medicare. Please call us at 802-257-5177 if you need further clarification.
Billing
If you have appropriate insurance, our office will efficiently bill your carrier, more than likely twice a month. If you are responsible for any portion of payment we will ask you to pay this portion at the time of service. If you have no insurance coverage we expect you to pay your bill in full at the time of service. We do offer a 25% discount for same-day payment. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
Decreasing the Cost of Health Care
Payment for services on the day that those services are provided entitles you to a 25% discount—whether it's you, your employer, or your carrier making the same day payment. One way for insurance carriers or employers to make a same-day payment is to set up (at the Merchants Bank downstairs) an account that we can draw on at the end of the day for services provided to you on that day.
